Here is another subscription based music site looking to take over Spotify’s paid subscribers. Personally I’m not sold on the whole Spotify/Pandora business plan and I don’t think those companies are either (considering they are not making money, just raising capital.) We’ll see, but for me the bottom line is this: Can an artist make decent royalties from these subscription sites? The answer, when it comes to Spotify and Deezer is NO (avg royalty rate per stream 0.001 -0.0030)!
